The HR manager maintains & enhances Esoko's resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices.
Responsibilities
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions on the career website.
Maintains Esoko's hiring mechanism by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Ensure new employees receive adequate On-The-Job training to prepare them for their new role other than orientation and training programs.
Maintaining salary plans for Esoko employees by continuously monitoring industry trends, recommending and implementing pay structure revisions.
Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; schedule company meetings, hearing and resolving employee grievances.
Maintain employee benefits programs, and inform employees of Esoko benefits, recommending benefit programs to department managers & CEO.
Ensure legal compliance when hiring/termination of resources.
