The HR manager maintains & enhances Esoko's resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices.


  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions on the career website.
  • Maintains Esoko's hiring mechanism by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Ensure new employees receive adequate On-The-Job training to prepare them for their new role other than orientation and training programs.
  • Maintaining salary plans for Esoko employees by continuously monitoring industry trends, recommending and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; schedule company meetings, hearing and resolving employee grievances.
  • Maintain employee benefits programs, and inform employees of Esoko benefits, recommending benefit programs to department managers & CEO.
  • Ensure legal compliance when hiring/termination of resources.
  • Maintaining & implementing Esoko's employee handbook.

Required Skills

  • 8-10 years of HR experience with 5 years team management experience in a software environment.
  • A degree in Human Resources is preferable.
  • Be an expert on performance management, benefits administration and local employment laws.
  • You should be organized and have strong discretion and business ethics.
  • You should be fair and should be easily able to garner employees trust.
  • You should be dedicated to continuous improvement in the organization
