Building up the ICT community of skills and talent in Africa is one of Esoko's core missions. We have always attracted smart, curious and committed professionals to come to Accra and work with the team developing their skills. This has included Android developers from Australia, software engineers from the US and Italy, researchers from New York and more. We provide a fun and engaging, but professional and demanding environment for visitors to come and share their passion, interests and skills with one of Africa's most talented young development teams. The program offers accomodation, travel and monthly allowance. The office and guesthouse are just five minutes away from each other in a comfortable and quiet part of Accra.
