You will drive and be the key owner to the following responsibilities:

  • Compute payroll for all employees and ensure salaries are paid on or before 25th day of every month
  • Compute Employee social security contribution and pay same to SSNIT.
  • Compute Employee taxes including PAYE and withholding taxes and pay same to Ghana Revenue Authority.
  • Ensure payment vouchers are generated for all expenses incurred and affix all relevant receipts.
  • Proper monitoring of electricity credit balance and top up ECG credit when required.
  • Proper custody and filing of all relevant company documents including but not limited to incorporation documents and statutory payments.
  • Receive all payment requests and ensure processing of all payables in a timely fashion.
  • Filing of VAT returns on monthly basis.
  • Ensure renewal of all statutory certificates including but not limited NGO certificates, AMA certificates, and Annual returns to Registrar General
  • Ensure proper preparation of Freezones returns and quarterly filing of same with Freezone Authorities.
  • Any other task to be assigned by your supervisor



  • Tertiary degree and relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Quick Books
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills
  • Independent, Self-motivated, reliable, meticulous, analytical
